QR Free provides a free online tool for generating QR codes. You may use the Service for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You must not generate QR codes that link to malicious, harmful, or deceptive content.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You acknowledge that QR codes generated through the Service may not work with all scanners, and we are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party scanning applications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QR Free and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruption or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any errors or omissions in generated QR codes.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us to use the Service — which is zero, as the Service is provided free of charge.

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of QR Free and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

QR codes you generate using our tool are your property. We claim no ownership over the content you encode or the designs you create.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by QR Free. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements and Google Analytics to analyze traffic. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
